Ginger Kelley - Owner
Ginger is an Asheville, North Carolina Native. Growing up in Asheville she has had the privilege of watching Western North Carolina grow. As she watched the Aesthetics Industry develop in Asheville, she attended Blue Ridge Community College in 2007 and Graduated with an Aesthetics Degree. She earned her Initial Eyelash Extension Certification in 2007 and was the First person in Asheville to offer Professional Individual Eyelash Extension Services! Her passion for the Eyelash industry and Premier Aesthetic Services landed her on WNC's #1 Best of Esthetician Category for 8 years in a row. While achieving her Cosmetics Arts Associates Degree from AB Tech in 2010, Ginger saw a need for a Beauty Bar that specialized in a professional eyelash service thus creating Posh Lash Lounge in 2015. In 2020 The Covid-19 Pandemic Hit forcing Posh to close for 10 weeks. Upon reopening, her drive was stronger than ever thus expanding into Asheville‘s First Full Service Beauty Bar. She holds a License in Cosmetology, Aesthetics and is a Licensed Tattoo Artist. Her passion for the beauty industry makes her an innovator of ideas. Her warm spirit will invite you in and make you feel right at home. Ginger has an eye for detail and her many years of experience will put you at ease during any service.
Brittney - Salon Coordinator/Spa Manager
Brittney is an Asheville native who Graduated from A.C. Reynolds High School. She has an extensive background in customer service from working in a large corporation for almost 10 years.
Her warming spirit and passion for Customer Service landed her here at Posh as our Spa Manager/Customer Service Care Coordinator. In her free time, she loves to cook, garden, spend time with her husband and their sweet doggo Henry. Brittney is sure to make your experience comfortable while at Posh.
Ashley - Salon Coordinator/Salon Manager
Ashley is native to Asheville. She has a certification in business and management, and an extensive background in salon administration. With a passion for customer service and quality control, Ashley is our Salon Manager.
With an eye for interiors and everything creative, she also holds a certification in Interior Design. Her passions include interior design & decorating, painting, and she loves chai latte’s. She also has 4 cats that are her world. You can find some of her design ideas come to life throughout our salon.
Lindsey - Lead Esthetician
Lindsey is a makeup artist and licensed esthetician with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her professional background includes work with Bare Minerals, Lancome and MAC Cosmetics, as well as running her own freelance business.
In 2014, she pursued her interest in skincare and became a licensed esthetician. Afterward, she continued her education and became a licensed instructor working for Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology in Spartanburg, SC. She is currently licensed to practice esthetics in both North and South Carolina, and travels frequently for her freelance work. Her specialties include phenomenal facial treatments, waxing and bridal makeup. Lindsey's knowledge of the skin and Artsy eye will leave you feeling empowered to feel your Beauty Glow from the inside out!
Payton - Esthetician
Payton is from Timberlake, NC but recently moved to Asheville to attend ABTech’s Esthetics program. She graduated a Dean’s List student certified in microdermabrasion, classic lash extensions, and airbrush makeup. Payton specializes in lash extensions, lash perms, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, facial waxing, facials and microdermabrasion.
Her love of skincare hails from her own personal struggles with childhood acne. Payton is a pure spirit who has a calming presence and will put you at ease during your treatment.
She spends her spare time with her 2 fur babies Kiwi and Mushu.
Josie - Esthetician
Josie is a skincare specialist and offers advanced and corrective facial treatments. She is certified in dermaplaning and microdermabrasion and is an expert in our luxury facials and skincare.
Josie also specializes in natural beauty-enhancing services including lash lifts and tinting, brow lamination, henna brows, and waxing. She is passionate about empowering people to love their skin and look and feel their best. Josie has been a skilled herbalist with extensive knowledge of botanicals and product ingredients for years. Josie enjoys gardening and exploring nature with her family in her free time. She is down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and has exceptional listening skills that will provide a truly individualized and wonderful experience.
Paige - Esthetician
Paige (She/They) is originally from Tennessee but has lived in Asheville since 2016. She recently began her path as an Esthetician after spending years in the service industry.
Paige specializes in lash extensions, lash perms, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, facial waxing, facials and microdermabrasion.
She believes that looking good helps us to feel good, so self-care is a crucial part of feeling balanced and confident. Paige is passionate about helping her clients through specialized facials and lash extensions .
When she isn’t at work, you will find Paige hiking, painting, cooking, or spending time with her four cats.
Jasmin - Hair
As a native to Asheville, Jasmin is a 2nd generation hairstylist. Jasmin is a Kevin Murphy product enthusiast. She has trained as a Gold Key Educator, and she is a Certified Kevin Murphy Session Stylist. Jasmin specializes in creating custom colors, and creating a personalized look with each person that sits with her. With a passion for education and drive for learning about the latest fashions in the industry, she offers a fresh approach for any clientele. After 13 years of working in a fast paced hustle and bustle salon environment , Jasmin has devoted herself to creating 1 on 1 relationships with clients, paying attention to the integrity of their hair while creating longevity with in their service that coincides with their lifestyle.
Jasmin loves encouraging clients to be comfortable in their skin and feeling their most beautiful. She wants to help you “find out who you are, and do it on PURPOSE.” - Dolly Parton
Rebecca - Hair
Rebecca is native to Asheville, and has worked in the hair industry for 7 years, specializing in color corrections and gray transitions. In addition to these specialized services, she enjoys all types of color and precision cuts.
She enjoys spending time with her pup Winston and her partner. She also enjoys painting, and plants.
Specialties: If you’re looking for the perfect shade of blonde, Rebecca is your go-to-girl.
Kitzi - Nails
Kitzi comes to us with 20 years of experience in the industry. With great attention to detail & precision, her nail art has landed her “Best of WNC” for multiple years. She is currently pursuing her esthetician license. In her spare time she enjoys decorating and spending time with friends & family. With great conversation and a calming energy, Kitzi will be sure to make your experience wonderful.
Claudia - Permanent Makeup
Claudia was born and raised in the Sylva, NC area. In 2021, she pursued her dream and became a permanent makeup artist. She trained in Sugar Land, Texas at Allure Microblading Academy. Claudia is very passionate about her work and strives to be the best she can be daily. Her friendly personality will ensure that you have a great experience with her. During her free time, you can find her hanging out with her beautiful three year old daughter.
