ALL FORMS MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED AND FILLED OUT BEFORE WE WILL START THE HEAD SPA TREATMENT OR ANY OTHER SERVICE. at this time, we are only able to accommodate ONE (1) head spa client AT A time. we are currently expanding to be able to accommodate groups & parties.

Blow-outs are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed after a Head Spa appointment. Availability is dependent on the HAIR salon’s schedule.
