Beginning in 2025, Posh will introduce a new virtual assistant program for your convenience. To utilize this service, please download the Vagaro app to manage your appointments. This will enable you to modify your bookings as you need and check in the day of your service, thereby informing your stylist of your arrival. Additionally, you will have the ability to communicate with our staff through a messaging feature, streamlining the Appointment process.

Upon arriving at the salon, kindly check in using the Vagaro App, take a seat on the couch, and feel free to help yourself to water or use the restrooms. Your service provider will be alerted and will come to get you once they have finished with their prior clients. We appreciate your patience, as appointments may occasionally extend by 5 to 10 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances.

PLEASE NOTE : ONCE you have booked an appointment WITH US, YOU WILL BE SENT CLIENT FORMS. ALL FORMS MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED AND FILLED OUT BEFORE WE WILL START THE HEAD SPA TREATMENT OR ANY OTHER SERVICE.

*The hours of operation mentioned may change as our employees create their own schedules. front desk (Management) is typically available tuesday - friday from 9 AM to 3 PM, but for quicker assistance, please text 828-549-7674. we aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. front desk operates both upstairs and downstairs, as well as remotely, so they may not always be present in the salon.*

Regarding deposits on appointments : we know that life happens, even on our end! If your service provider is unable to perform your service due to circumstances out of their control, we will transfer your deposit to a future rescheduled appointment.
